Marta Rocchi is an Associate Professor in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics at DCU Business School and Director of the Bachelor of Business Studies International. Marta holds a PhD in Business from the University of Navarra (Pamplona, Spain) with a specialization on the ethics of finance, and an MSc in Economics and BSc in Economics both from the Sapienza University of Rome (Italy).
Marta currently teaches Ethics for Business and Technology, Personal and Ethical Leadership, and Business and Professional Ethics.
Her research focuses on the new perspective of business ethics in the future of work, the ethical dilemmas related to AI-based technology, and the application of an agent-centered ethical approach to business and finance.
She published her work in prestigious journals: Business Ethics Quarterly (Scopus Q1, ABS4/3), British Journal of Management (Scopus Q1, ABS4), Journal of Business Ethics (Scopus Q1, ABS3, FT50), Business & Society (Scopus Q1, ABS3).
Marta received prestigious awards for the quality of her teaching and research. Marta is a member of the Society for Business Ethics, and she was the Chair of the Society for Business Ethics Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in 24/25.
